曹志冬，理学博士，现任职于极悦娱乐多模态人工智能系统全国重点实验室，研究员，博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，科技创新2030——“新一代人工智能”重大项目负责人（首席科学家），荣获全国科技系统抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进个人，所领导团队荣获全国科技系统抗击新冠肺炎疫情先进集体，在多个国家一级学会的专委会和分会担任委员、分会理事与常务理事。主持和承担20多项国家级项目和课题，核心参与了国家科技重大专项、国家科技重点研发计划、基金委重大研究计划及国家中长期科学和技术发展规划(2021—2035)与新一代人工智能战略规划。在国内外权威期刊和国际会议上发表研究论文120余篇，出版著作3部，获省部级科技奖励10项，十多份研究报告得到两办采纳。
